SF VCI paper is an updated packaging material of corrosion protection made from the neutral paper and multilayer resin lamination material through coating the volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI). SF VCI paper utilizes the corrosion inhibitor compositions vaporizing automatically at normal temperature from volatile corrosion inhibitor dipped in paper to be adsorbed on the metallic surface so as to form a molecular level protective layer, which protects the steel and iron against corrosion. SF VCI paper is widely used for the corrosion protection of combination metal parts in steel industry, machinery, automobile fitting, electrician, electric industry and hardware. VCI paper is safe and environmentally friendly. VCI paper can be used as a packaging material for a single metallic components or as interlayer padded paper or inner lining for a packing unit. VCI paper laminated with polyethylene resin is waterproof, and can be directly used as external packaging material.

1.Clean and dry the surfaces of the articles for antirust before packing.Then pac and seal them at normal temperature and room temperature.In case of packaging with oil contained, it shall be confirmed there are no chemical components such as S and Cl contained in oils.Otherwise the chemical components will have negative effects on VCI fuction.
2.Operate with clean gloves before packing, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.
3.In case the articles for antirust have projctions and edge angles, be careful not to pierce the fil during packing in case of its unintended breakage,it shall be pasted and sealed with a industrial tape in time to ensure its seal.
4.During performing antirust packing operation,the working place shal be kept away from strong corrosive materials and acid-etching gases such as acid or alcali.
Custody and storage:With sealed package,it shall be kept in a cool,dry placce,away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials.The quality quarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
