VCI PP/PE Woven Fabric(ZLF), namely VCI film with woven fabric, is a patent product which can meet the international green and environment friendly requirements. Excellent anti-corrosive protecting performance in the metallurgy industry for anti-rust packaging of steel, coated steel, copper sheet, aluminum sheet and strip. It can be also used for packaging the large-scale equipment.
Structure
Woven fabric enhancing VCI film is structured by VCI film and PE/PP lamination, which has two or three layers laminating structure.
Application
Our ZLF product has been approved by domestic and foreign customers, which has been exported to many countries and regions such as USA, Mexico, Europe, Asia and so on. It can be used for packaging the steel coil instead of the VCI paper.
Notices for Use Confirm the application field of VCI film before using. Keep the outer packing sealed during storage and transportation. Make the side with VCI face to packed product while using. Open the outer packing only while using. Keep the packing sealed, suggest to use hot-sealed way.
