VCI film with woven fabric is a patent product which can meet the international green and environment friendly requirements. It has the features of high strength, high puncture and tear resistance, all plastic structure, Environment&Safety and printable. Excellent anti-corrosive protecting performance in the metallurgy industry for anti-rust packaging of steel, coated steel, copper sheet, aluminum sheet and strip. It can be also used for packaging the large-scale equipment.

Structure

Woven fabric enhancing VCI film is structured by VCI film and PE/PP lamination, which has two or three layers laminating structure.

Application

Our ZLF product has been approved by domestic and foreign customers, which has been exported to many countries and regions such as USA, Mexico, Europe, Asia and so on. It can be used for packaging the steel coil instead of the VCI paper.
