Product Description

FT-330G is mainly designed to protect the releasing layer from transferring. The releasing agent has excellent releasing strength, effectively avoids the transfer of releasing layer, and stronger price competitiveness. FT-330G is widely used in the paper-based and cloth based manufacturing industries, including masking tape, kraft paper tape, and so on.

Main Technical Properties:

Appearance: Semitransparent, light yellow liquid
Water-solubility: 100% soluble.
Dilution stability: Extremely stable.
Content of solid components: 17%.
PH value: 4- 6.
Ion dosage: Slight cation.

Application method
FT-330G releasing agent can be diluted with much more water, normal dilution ratio is releasing agent: Water = 1: 18-22. Tap water is applicable. After coating and drying the releasing agent on material, it's suggested that the higher temperature at 140-160 degree stoves the coated material for 10- 20 seconds. The surface tension of the coating is extremely low, water on the surface of coating falls in the form of bead, which is especially compatible to water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Packaging and storage:
60kg in drum lined with plastic pail, 125kg pail.
Store in the cool and dry place. The shelf life is 24 months after production date.
